Salary: 18,450 per annum
Branch: Sheffield
This is an ideal opportunity for either a strong competent senior Chef De Partie or a first appointment as Sous Chef. The right candidate must be prepared to work evening and weekends.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A must have be enthusiastic imaginative and a passion for food
- Must be able to hit the ground running
- Must have good hygiene standards
- Experience in a junior Sous chef position in 2 AA rosette restaurant
- Must be a team player
- Must have qualification and food hygiene certificate
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- The hours of work are around 48 hours per 4 over 7 days.
